Our modular Top Class portable sushi kiosks as seen at Hyatts bring added revenues to lobby bar areas where the business world and families congregate. This one at Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego custom matches decor and does booming sales at Sally's (their fine dining restaurant). Completely portable, including handsink system, it can easily be moved to the convention area for upsell food sales!!
